Our house sour, the Field Sourdough, we use 70% white flour, 15% organic wholemeal and 15% organic white for extra delicious flavours.
From start to finish our loaf takes 36 hours to make. Like most of what we do it uses a very long fermentation process which makes nutrients more available for absorption. Around 900g

We need 48 hours to make our Field Sourdough, you will get a shipping notice on the delivery days which are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays!
